46 miles from Union City. Please consult Dave for maps if you need them.
- Please note – Scouts staying
overnight must have accompanying parent or guardian.
This is a requirement of the BSA.
- Arrival –2:00 PM Saturday for
group hike.
- Dinner – 5:30 PM, Pack Meeting
6:30 PM-7:30.
- Campfire – 7:30 – 8:00 PM (smores
and roasted marshmallows).
- Group Hike – 8:00 – 9:00 PM.
- Lights Out – 10:00 PM.
- Dinner – the Pack, as well as
paper plates and napkins, cups, and utensils will provide hamburgers
and hot dogs.
- Families to provide side dishes as
well as a bottle of juice or soda.
- A list of what is provided by each
Den has been compiled by Yvonne (based on 3 years of experience J) and is
enclosed at the end of these minutes. Please
refer to listing for your Den’s contributions. Thanks

- Craig provided details and great
ideas on games and time-saving tips for the campout based on his Baloo
training – Thanks Craig!
- We will have breakfast eggs and
pancakes, like last year. One new twist –
Craig volunteered to pre-cook the bacon so it can be heated and served
for the campout – this will save time and effort.
- Janet to provide coffee and cream
from Starbucks.
- Ray, Greg, Craig and Gary
volunteered their grills.
- Families will bring their own
chairs for the meeting and campfire.
- A group of Leaders will go to
Costco and other stores on the Thursday before the campout to shop for
supplies, and store them in their own refrigerators.
- Neckerchiefs needed for Graduation
– Wolf 11, Bear 3 and Webelos 3.
- Breakfast on Sunday – Preparation
7:00 to 8:00, eat at 8:00 PM.
- Check out – 12:00 Noon.
- Potent Potables – sorry not
allowed at campsite L. Please let
families know.
