Council Camp Catalogs mailed to registered adult leadership and youth.

Packets available for Pack Representatives at Cub Camping Open House, Youth Leadership Training Center, 1001 Davis Street, San Leandro CA 94577-1514

February

Pack Representative gives presentation at Blue & Gold Dinner. Tells how exciting Camps are and how each boy and parent can sign up. Answers questions.

March

At March Pack Meeting, Pack Representative collects individual boy applications and fees from those boys wishing to attend Pack-sign up camps (Day Camps and Webelos Adventure Camp).

Also collects adult registration forms for those adults who will be participating - remember the leadership requirements for your Pack!

April 16

Bring registration materials to Cub Camp Turn-In Night or mail or bring them to the Council. Day Camp registrations must be received at Council by April 16 in order to avoid a late fee.

After April 16

Pack Representative can turn in additional boys by checking with Council to be sure there is space available at that particular camp. Late fees will apply.

May 14 - Day Camp Fees Due

Pack Representative turns in second copy of Pack Registration form ...

1. crossing off boys not attending
2. adding boys who are new (on space available basis) with forms and fees

And ... Adult Roster form ...

1. crossing off adults not attending
2. adding adults who are new

June 4

Final fees due for Wolf and Bear Adventure Camp / Parent meeting.

July 9

Final fees are due for Webelos Adventure Camp with updated forms / Parent meeting. Remember to:

1. cross off boys not attending
2. add additional boys who are new (on space available basis) with forms and fees
3. bring one check from you Pack for all your boys fees
